SHIPPING
1. Orders placed on our website are generally dispatched within 48 hours. Please allow extra 1-2 working days during the holiday seasons.
2. We ship globally through SF Express or Hong Kong Post. Locally we offer free shipping for number of items and also for order amounting $800 or more. For international orders, we charge a fix fee for different regions.
3. If you wish to amend an order placed, please contact us at the earliest opportunity, so we can rectify for you. Items already shipped are not reversible, and must then be returned for a refund (please see the “Returns” section below).
RETURNS
1. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item to us in its original condition within 7 days of receipt. Please note that the cost of this return has to be paid by the customer.
2. Returned items must be in original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation. Returns made without receipt may be refused.
3. Only items purchased directly from our website will be accepted. For products purchased from authorized retailers, please get in touch with them directly for returns.

EXCHANGE
If you are reporting a fault or damaged item on arrival, we generally ask for an image to be sent to us where possible. A new replacement item will then be sent within 24 hours free of charge in exchange of the defective one. Should there is no replacement item available, we will then proceed with a refund immediately.

a) As we use natural oak wood, the grain is different one by one.
b) There may be cases where you see stuff like stains on the surface of wood and scratches.
c) In the gift box, there may be a stain trace where the boxes sucked the oak oil.

REFUND
1. Processed refunds are completed within 12 business days. Refunds will be issued as gift certificates to be used within 12 months from the issuing date by you or your friends and family.
2. For faulty items, a full refund will be credited for defective products. For non-defective items, refund excludes all shipping costs and 10% handling fees of the returned item value.
