Shipping & Returns
1. Orders placed on our website are generally dispatched within 48 hours. Please allow extra 1-2 working days during the holiday seasons.
2. We ship globally through SF Express or Hong Kong Post. Locally we offer free shipping for number of items and also for order amounting $800 or more. For international orders, we charge a fix fee for different regions.
3. If you wish to amend an order placed, please contact us at the earliest opportunity, so we can rectify for you. Items already shipped are not reversible, and must then be returned for a refund (please see the “Returns” section below).
2. Returned items must be in original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation. Returns made without receipt may be refused.
3. Only items purchased directly from our website will be accepted. For products purchased from authorized retailers, please get in touch with them directly for returns.
4. Non-returnable items include items purchased through retailers, already used products and damaged products through customer mishandling.
a) Because of blown glass, bubbles may enter in the manufacturing process.
We do not consider goods that have 2-3 bubbles are faulty ones.
b) When put on the table, there may be some rattling.
c) There may be differences in thickness, weight and shape.
a) As we use natural oak wood, the grain is different one by one.
b) There may be cases where you see stuff like stains on the surface of wood and scratches.
c) In the gift box, there may be a stain trace where the boxes sucked the oak oil.
2. For faulty items, a full refund will be credited for defective products. For non-defective items, refund excludes all shipping costs and 10% handling fees of the returned item value.
